Twitch TV, the livestreaming platform, is giving away 21 games for free this month to all its Prime subscribers. The offer runs until July 17th, with a different title available for download each day.
Once you download each title, it will remain available in your library forever, Twitch says. While you can only see 19 titles in the image above, the full list is available here.
But are these free games worth the monthly Prime subscription? If you take advantage of the trial subscription that gives you access to all features for a month, we assure you that it's worth it! Or in the case of having an Amazon Prime subscription, Twitch Prime is included for free, as Twitch belongs to Amazon, and a connection between the two services is enough. A detailed guide on how to connect here.
Alternatively, if you have already used the trial, subscribing to the service will not cost you much. For the first 6 months the price is 12.99 per month. The price is tempting as it gives access to all Amazon services, namely Prime video, Prime reading, Twitch Prime, Prime music, Audible Channels and free shipping on hundreds of thousands of Amazon products. As with many subscription services, for Amazon Prime, purchasing an annual subscription provides a significant discount compared to the monthly one (119€ from 155.88€).
The Twitch Prime promo happens to coincide with Amazon Prime Day, the company's big deals day, available only to subscribers.
