The developers of the powerful, free, open-source digital painting software Krita announced the release of Krita 3.2.
Krita is a graphics editor that uses Qt 5 and the KDE 5 framework. Krita is designed to be a digital painting application. 
Influenced to some extent by software such as Corel Painter and SAI, the application packs some basic functionality along with a few different features than most applications of its kind, including the ability to work with both bitmap and vector illustrations.
The app's developers are also trying to simplify user interaction and focus on features that are more relevant to painting and drawing.
Krita is free software distributed under the GNU General Public License (version 2). It was originally released as part of KOffice version 1.4.0, on June 21, 2005.
The program can run in Windows environments (also available in the Windows Store), Linux, Mac OSX, and for both X64 or X86 architectures.
