Windows 10 build 16232: Microsoft has released another build of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, with many improvements and new security features.
Windows 10 build 16232 comes with many security improvements, as Microsoft Edge will now use Application Guard.
“Once enabled, data like your favorites, cookies, and saved passwords will be protected by Application Guard.”
But the notable new feature is Exploit Protection, which aims to prevent attacks even when no updates are available. The new feature seems to be particularly useful in the case of zero-days.

Windows 10 Controlled folder access
There's also a new feature called Controlled folder access. You can find it in Windows Defender Antivirus settings. The new feature prevents applications, as well as threats like ransomware, from modifying your files and folders.
As mentioned above, you can manually configure which applications can access your folders. Windows system folders are protected by default.
