The Galaxy Tab S3 will hit shelves on March 24th for $599.99, in both black and silver. Samsung says the Tab S3 redefines the tablet experience and is an ideal device for today's constantly connected users.
The tablet features a premium design and an improved S Pen with increased sensitivity for more precise use. The screen-off note-taking feature is available on the Galaxy Tab S3, brought over from the Galaxy Tab S3.
Samsung says the Galaxy Tab S3 can be paired with the Pogo Keyboard, which has deep keys and automatically connects to the tablet. The keyboard will be sold separately starting March 24 for $129.99. It's worth noting that pre-orders for the Tab S3 have already begun in Europe.
German customers can pre-order the Galaxy Tab S3 for $728, along with a free Book Cover keyboard. The Galaxy Tab S3 comes with a 9.7-inch QXGA (2048×1536) Super AMOLED display and runs a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, the same chipset found in the Galaxy S7.
It also has a 13 MP camera on the back and a 5 MP sensor on the front. The Galaxy Tab S3 will draw power from a 6,000mAh battery and run Android 7.0 Nougat . The RAM capacity is 4GB, while the internal storage is 32GB, with the option to add 256GB using a microSD card. The tablet has a USB Type-C port and Samsung will offer the WiFi variant in the US market .
