Lenovo , and the company couldn't miss out on this market boom, so it launched its own devices, some of which looked incredibly similar to the Microsoft Surface.
The Lenovo Miix 510 was essentially a Surface clone available at a more affordable price, and it seems Lenovo wants to follow the same approach with the next model.
The photos leaked via the German website WinFuture appear to show what appears to be the Len0vo Miix 520, a new model expected to see the light of day in the coming weeks with features that make it even more powerful than its predecessor.
To begin with, the Miix 520 comes with a 12.3-inch display with 1920×1200 pixels and is covered with Gorilla Glass for scratch protection. The processor is the seventh generation Intel Kaby Lake and runs at 2.7 GHz, and is paired with different RAM memories – the largest it can accept is 16GB, but you can choose a smaller one if you want it to be cheaper.
The top model also comes with 1TB of SSD storage. The Miix 520 includes the usual features you'll find on the market today, including USB Type-C ports, microSD card slot, fingerprint scanner, front and rear cameras, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
In terms of design, there's no doubt that this model is inspired by Microsoft's Surface and even has a built-in support stand that allows it to be converted into a laptop.
Full details, including pricing and availability, will be revealed very soon when Lenovo's new device officially debuts.
