Of course, this does not seem to be the case as there has never been any official announcement, and of course because Mark continues to make headlines as the CEO of Facebook.
Essentially, this is a bug that allows the event that you will see below, if you click on the link

The bug was discovered by researcher Sachin Thakuri.
All Thakuri did was make a small change to Mark Zuckerberg's URL (life event):

By removing the ustart=1 parameter, the link became:

We present the result in an image because the company can fix the bug in the next few hours, as the researcher has already announced the bug on the largest social network.
