Google has just released a new stable version of Chrome, attempting to fix the problems that Windows 10 users are experiencing.
The new update available from the Chrome stable channel brings more fixes for Windows 10, and as those who have tried it report, after installing the new version, the application no longer freezes when opening new tabs.
This particular bug has been present since the release of Windows 10 build 10240 in late July.
The new version of Chrome is 45.0.2454.93 and, as mentioned above, it is already distributed through the stable channel.
So if you use the browser, you should automatically receive the update.
Alternatively, visit chrome ://chrome in the older version of Chrome you are using and update from there.
You can download Google Chrome for Windows (and not only) from here.
