Adobe removed last month its Photoshop Touch Android app from the Google Play Store and promised that it will provide new apps and services for those who want professional tools that allow them to edit photos directly from their smartphones – tablets.
This week, the company announced that it did not release one, but four apps for Android that focus on graphic design and photo editing.
All four are available to download via the Google Play Store for free, but only if you're an Adobe. Let's take a closer look at them.
Adobe Photoshop Mix allows users to cut and combine images they take with their phones, make color changes, and enhance them.
Adobe Shape CC is another new Android app that gives users the ability to quickly capture and convert images into vector graphics that can be used in Adobe Illustrator CC or Adobe Photoshop CC.
Next in line is Adobe Brush CC with which you can convert your photos or graphics into high-quality brushes that can be used in Adobe Photoshop CC or Illustrator CC.
Last but not least, Adobe Color CC allows users to experiment with colors to create themes that they can use in Adobe desktop applications such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
