Well-known Russian leaker Wzor has leaked images of the new Windows 10 build 10135. This build should be released to all Windows Insiders enrolled in the Fast Ring.
Usually this is the familiar process, leaked images, released through the Fast Ring, and then the leaked custom ISOs. But with the unprecedented development speeds that Microsoft has been following lately, no one can really know what the upcoming build will be.

While the final release of Windows 10 is expected on July 29, 2015, Microsoft is still actively developing its upcoming operating system.
Along with the new builds, Microsoft continues to actively promote Windows 10 by releasing a special update for Windows 7 and Windows 8 users that gives them the opportunity to "hold" a Windows 10 license from now on.
Of course, this doesn't mean anything, since it's essentially another marketing trick to get more publicity and create excitement around the new operating system. Let's not forget that Microsoft has already announced that with Windows 10 it aims to "enter" one billion computers.
However, because we often receive e-mails and comments from our readers who question the company's announcement regarding the free availability of the operating system to Windows 7 and 8 users, let us mention it once again:
If you license Windows 10, within the first year, you can reinstall the operating system on the same computer.
This essentially means that you will be able to use this particular Windows 10 until you "melt" your device.
You will be able to use the built-in Windows restore feature or refresh the OS. You will also be able to install the operating system from a bootable USB, DVD or use an ISO image without any problems.
But all this for just one device.
