The WpCrypt for WordPress has an encryption system for your website's passwords.
WpCrypt requires WordPress from version 3.3 to the current version, which is 3.6, and supports encryption with SHA1, SHA2, AES128, AES256 and AES Fuzzy Hash.
SHA1 doesn't count because they've managed to "break" it, but the other methods are still quite secure.
To install WpCrypt, you can do it automatically from your WordPress admin panel or with an ftp client if you upload it to the path /wp-content/plugins/. Then simply activate the plugin.
