Google introduced the second-generation Nexus 7 on July 24 , bringing Android to version 4.3, still codenamed Jellybean. Version 4.3 promises better graphics and sound performance, but it also brings support for all sorts of sensors—mainly for monitoring health parameters and maintaining good physical fitness—that communicate wirelessly with it via the “smart” Bluetooth, Bluetooth Smart . The extensive list of smart Bluetooth Smart accessories that communicate wirelessly with compatible smartphones and tablets includes heart rate monitors, blood glucose meters, scales, breath analyzers, sensors that record rotations on bicycle wheels, sensors built into sports shoes, and much more.
You can see how Bluetooth Smart can be utilized by the ever-growing number of devices that support it (including Apple iPhone and iPad, Samsung Galaxy S III, Windows 8 computers and tablets, etc.):
Android 4.3 will start rolling out to Nexus devices soon.
As for Bluetooth, it also supports the AVRCP 1.3 standard, which can display the names of songs playing on the car's audio system.
Also, in version 4.3 of Jellybean, the user can activate the Dial pad autocomplete option, with which as he enters the digits of the number he wants to call, possible options from the contacts that match what he has entered appear (automatic word completion also comes to entering phone numbers).

Android 4.3 also promises better graphics, as it supports the latest version of the industry standard for high-performance graphics (OpenGL ES 3.0).
It is also possible to switch users from the lock screen.
Finally, in Android 4.3, users gain the ability to restrict access to content and applications on their smartphone or tablet. Restricted profiles can be used not only for parental control, but also in retail stores, to allow store owners to make tablets available for product demonstrations.
