An Android user reports that he has received a malicious contact file on Whatsapp , which is capable of changing the name in the application's groups, as well as contacts, and renaming them to Priyanka.
A blogger says he received the file from a relative. After adding it to his contacts, the file managed to replace the contact names with “Priyanka.”
It is unclear what exactly the malware does, other than changing the name. Nobody distributes malware without making a profit, unless the malware authors are big fans of “Priyanka Chopra”!!
The malware requires the user to accept the contact, so you should be careful about the contacts you accept.
