And a new evasion update to version 1.2 with new improvements

The 2nd update of evasi0n, the jailbreak tool for iOS 6, is now available since yesterday both on the evad3rs and in Cydia as a separate package for those who have already jailbroken their device.

With this new upgrade we have two important improvements:

Disabling the iOS OTA update notification from Apple to avoid user error.

Fixed the Timezone/time issue that several users were experiencing.

GreekAppleNews proceeded with this upgrade via Cydia and everything worked seamlessly without any problems or affecting any existing tweaks, so proceed without fear.
