We always have to work hard to maintain our privacy during our time alone. Incognito mode takes care of the best by helping to eliminate any traces of your free time. But what about those who are in the same house and we simply forget to lock the door?
Here comes an Arduino-powered door lock to save us from such scenarios. The door lock is connected to a computer connected to an Arduino board via a servo that locks the door as soon as you turn on incognito mode in web browser . Sounds like quite an added layer of security.
The automated door lock was designed by Mike, who is the CEO of Useless Duck Company. In the video, Mike demonstrates his Arduino-powered door lock. The door also unlocks quickly once you close the incognito window.
Mike's invention is handy for when you want to surprise your girlfriend or do some "research work" online. He plans to build a variant of his Arduino-powered lock with an easier-to-use design.
