Alpha Audiotronics has created a new wireless headphone system that has its own smartphone case, which is capable of both charging and storing your new wireless headphones. As well as providing a boost to your smartphone's battery when needed.
The new wireless headphones are called Skybuds and connect to your smartphone using Bluetooth and are available for Apple's iPhone 6 as well as 6S mobile devices.
The unique wireless headphones are now available via Kickstarter for $244. Their creators explain a little more:
Skybuds presented a unique challenge in terms of size. We had to create a headset that would fit comfortably in everyone’s ear, yet be small enough to fit into a smartphone case while minimizing bulk. The design had to be functional, simple, and elegant. We started by extensively analyzing ears to understand the different shapes, sizes, and fitting points.
An ergonomic fit was our first key parameter and focus. We conducted hundreds of size and studies, and even 3D-etched many of the ears so we could perform thorough CAD analyses to understand the shape.
