Last week, Apple informed all developers that iTunes Connectwould be closed for the holiday season, during which developers would not be able to get approval for new apps or new updates to the apps they have built.
Developers can, however, submit new executable scripts for their applications during this time frame. However, the requests go into a list and subsequently will receive approval in chronological order when the period of this interruption ends.
That day has arrived, according to a memo posted by the California-based tech giant. In its developer portal, Apple clearly states and makes it clear that iTunes Connect is back up and running and the system is ready to accept new submissions for apps and updates.
The Macis urging developers to remember that the fastest way to appeal an app rejection or request a reconsideration is to contact the App Review team via the Contact Us form. The Resolution Center in iTunes Connect is also available to view more details about their app’s rejection and to get further clarification. Users who are in testing or have been invited to test pre-release apps with TestFlight will not be affected at all.
