Samsung has announced two new systems it will be showing off at CES 2015 next week. The company is putting a focus on displays, with a curved display for the new Ativ One 7 All-in-One and a pixel-full LED panel for the Ativ Book 9, a thin and light laptop. Both systems are high-end devices, so their prices will be similar, and they will be released in the first quarter of 2015.

Samsung , that's another category, the Ativ One 7 Curved All-in-One. The system offers a 1,920x1,080 curved display with 178-degree viewing angles and 300 nits of brightness.
The computer is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor with 8GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive. There are two 10W stereo speakers, and Bluetooth Music Play 3.0 technology, which means you can play music from a smartphone or tablet, even when the device itself is turned off.
The new Ativ Book 9 now. Not only is it a new laptop that features the low-power Intel Core M chip, but it also carries an excellent resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels.
That's the same number of pixels as the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display, but the screen is just 12.2 inches across, giving it 247 pixels per inch (ppi)—227 PPI more than Apple's system. The display has a brightness of 350 nits.
The new laptop is just 0.46 inches thick and weighs less than a pound (0.95 kg).
The upcoming versions will feature 128GB and 256GB SSDs, with 4GB or 8GB of RAM. The low-power Core M processor will allow for 10.5 hours of operation on a single charge.
The Ativ One 7 Curved All-in-One will retail for $1,300, while the Ativ Book 9 will retail for between $1,200 and $1,400 depending on your options. Both systems will be available in the first quarter of 2015 and will be unveiled at CES 2015, which begins this Sunday in Las Vegas.
