Installation and operation of a 5-digit number (11188) of the CYBERALERT center of the Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate
The Hellenic Police's Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate informs citizens that as of today (05-12-2014) the five-digit telephone number 11188 has been installed and is operational, which serves citizens' communication with the CYBERALERT center of the Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate.
The number 11188 is called from all fixed and mobile networks in Greece at a local rate regardless of the caller, while either automated forwarding to security advice for the most frequently asked questions of citizens, or connection to specialized police officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate is provided.
