The famous Dreamhack Winter LAN party, held every year in Sweden, set a new record. Over 22,000 computers were set on fire with Counter-Strike, StarCraft and DOTA. See photos from the event.
At this year's event, which took place in Jonkoping, Scandinavia, over 26,000 people gathered to enjoy their favorite video games with others.
Specifically, this year's event marked a record number of participants, with 22,483 computers registered and 26,672 participants, almost 2,000 more than last year.
Video game fans were entertained with titles such as Counter-Strike, StarCraft and DOTA. The event also included a DJ program and an impressive cosplay competition.
