According to information, Samsung is reportedly interested in acquiring it, although it is not clear at what stage the discussions are, while there are other interested parties.
Nuance is particularly known for its Dragon voice recognition and dictation software that runs on Android , and has also collaborated with Amazon .
Its most famous collaboration, however, is undoubtedly the one with Apple to create the iPhone, Siri.
Nuance's relationship with Apple was not public for several years as the deal between the two companies was kept secret until 2013, when Nuance CEO Paul Ricci confirmed it.
We don't know what impact such an acquisition will have on Apple, while it should be noted that Nuance has only on voice recognition, while other companies have taken on Siri's results and responses.
