Apple seems to be unhappy with the $120 million in damages that Samsung will pay it and has filed new injunctions against the Korean company, while also seeking additional damages .
Apple believes it continues to suffer losses as long as Samsung devices that have its patents are on the market, even though it has been compensated with the amount of $119.6 million.
If Apple is found guilty , then a total of 9 smartphones and tablets will have to be withdrawn from the market , not including the flagships Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S4 .
Finally, Apple is requesting a retrial of the amount of compensation , with the company requesting $2.2 billion, significantly more than the $119.5 million it ultimately won.
