The latest initiative from Wolfram, the company behind perhaps the most advanced search engine Wolfram Alpha, is the creation of an extensive database containing every connected device from every corner of our planet.
The new effort is called 'The Wolfram Connected Devices Project' and while it's only been up for two days, it already contains thousands of navigation systems, watches, vacuum cleaners and other connected devices. Each entry is accompanied by battery life, dimensions, price range, storage space and other information about the device.
Wolfram's goal is to provide its users with a comprehensive list of options when searching for a specific type of product and guide them in choosing exactly what they need.
You can see the list as it stands so far here.
