Adobe is announcing new sharing capabilities for PDF Spaces in Acrobat, allowing users to transform static materials into interactive, AI-powered summaries, audio overviews, branded presentations, and even a custom chatbot for recipients.

This new feature allows users to upload a series of PDFs, documents, notes, and links to Acrobat and then interact with Adobe’s AI assistant to highlight information, edit documents, and create presentations, podcasts, blogs, and social media posts in a fully editable, interactive workspace.
In one example the company shared, a user uploads several documents related to a presentation for a potential client. After discussing and refining the best approach with Adobe Acrobat’s AI, the platform creates a shareable, customized interactive experience with images, brand story, and a product explorer that includes details, sales, profit margin, and other relevant information pulled from the original documents.

Once everything is ready, the user can share this interactive experience with the customer, who can also interact with the platform’s AI assistant to ask questions and better explore the material. After sending the link, the original author can access interaction analytics that show total views, named recipients, individual viewer activity, promotion details, and view counts per recipient.
This feature has broader appeal for professional uses, including sales teams, executives, finance teams, marketing managers, HR and compliance leaders, but can also be used for personal purposes, such as organizing and sharing travel itineraries or event details.
Abhigyan Modi, senior vice president, Adobe Document Cloud, said: “We’re not just adding new capabilities, we’re introducing a new format. For the first time, sharing documents means sharing an experience that’s tailored to the intended audience, whether it’s a customer, a team, or a million subscribers. Now each of those experiences can be as personal and intentional as the work that went into creating it.”

The new Productivity Agent and PDF Spaces are available in both Acrobat Express and Acrobat Studio.
