Romanian telecommunications company Adnet Telecom was subjected to a hacking attack

Adnet Telecom, one of the main telecommunications service providers in Romania, was hacked. The following domains were affected by the attack:

The company's main domain (adnettelecom.ro) and the domain dedicated to web hosting services (datacity.ro).

The breach took place last Sunday and it took the website administrators quite some time to restore them.

At the time of writing, the websites have been fully restored. However, both were down until fully restored.

The hackers confirmed via a forum that this was not just a DNS hijacking. A Saudi hacker , also known by the nickname King of Control, is rumored to be behind the attack
