According to 9to5google, the addition of Microsoft to Windows 11 will allow users to share files directly to Android devices. A new option to share content to "My Phone" has been added to the Windows Share window.
According to Microsoft, the new feature requires users to pair their Android devices with their Windows PC using the Link to Windows on Android and Phone Link on PC . This is the only way to enable the ability to share content on an Android device from the Windows sharing window.

Keep in mind that while this should generally be useful whenever you need to share content on your Android device, some apps may not support this feature. Since Microsoft is integrating Phone Link into Windows 11, your PC must be running that version of the operating system if you want to take advantage of it.

Once again, this is only available to Windows Insiders. If you're already enrolled in the beta, look for Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.3785 (KB50339319), which should include this feature among other new features and improvements.
