Social media helps businesses, and in this case restaurants, connect employees with their community. The restaurant community in Ooltewah has given so much love and support to the employees, that it would be overwhelming to not be able to communicate with them. The personal email account associated with the business account was hacked and all passwords were changed.

At some point, the hacker allowed Ball to restore the page. However, she says she has limited access as an administrator, raising concerns that she could lose control of the page at any time.
