Roblox founder and CEO David Baszucki told employees they should return to the company's offices at least a few days a week.
Baszucki explained that most employees will have to work from the office three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday, or they will have to leave.
Employers call for a return to the office
In recent months, many large companies have been asking their employees to return to the traditional work method, which requires being in the office. Roblox is now doing the same, although it will be a hybrid work model that will combine the office with remote work. Employees will return to the offices in California “by next summer.”

In the announcement, Baszucki noted that new and younger employees, in particular, benefit from the social contactthat can only be achieved in the office, as they will have the opportunity to participate in discussions and be guided by more experienced people.
Roblox's CEO believes this change is necessary to enhance collaboration and productivity.
The new rule applies to all employees, with the exception of those who must work remotely and “individuals with specialized skills or significant institutional knowledge.”
