Hide Snapchat story from specific people

Snapchat offers you the ability to hide your 24-hour story from some of your contacts. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open the Snapchat app on your smartphone.
  2. Go to any person's Snapchat profile by tapping on their Bitmoji.
  3. Now tap on the three-dot menu button available at the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Select the Privacy option from the pop-up menu that appears on your screen.
  5. After that, you can turn off the toggle for the My Story option.
  6. Click on the Done button.

Change 'Who can view my Story' settings

The app also lets you allow specific people to view your Snapchat story. Here's how you can do that:

  1. Launch the Snapchat app on your phone.
  2. Go to your profile by tapping on Bitmoji and tap the three-dot menu button available in the My Stories tab.
  3. Select the Story Settings option from the pop-up menu.
  4. After that, you choose who can see My Story.
  5. Select the Custom option and choose people who can see your Snapchat story.
  6. Press the Done button.

Then, based on your privacy settings, stories posted on Snapchat will be visible/hidden from certain selected contacts.
