This is only possible for Spotify users using the Windows or Mac desktop app. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to clear the “Recently Played” list using the mobile app, but clearing the entries using the desktop app will also remove them from all connected apps ( including mobile).
If you want to delete your “Recently Played” list, start by opening the Spotify app on your computer. In the left menu, click on “Recently Played.”.
In the menu you will see a list of songs, albums and artists that you have previously played.

Hover your mouse over one of the listed tracks to see the available settings. You can play the music again, add it to your “Songs I Like” list, or remove the items entirely.
To remove an item from the list, click the three-dot menu icon.
In the options menu that appears, click “Remove from recently played.”
Once you click the button, the item will disappear from the list. This will also remove the item from other Spotify devices connected to your account, including mobile devices.
