Windows 10 October 2018 Update RTM ESD to ISO

Windows 10 October 2018 Update RTM ESD version 1809 of Redstone 5 (build 17763.1): A few days ago we announced the release of Windows 10 Build 17763 in the Fast Ring for Insiders. Today Microsoft released the RTM in ESD files that can be converted to ISO.
This version will be released later in ISO format for all those interested via Windows Update. This is Version 1809 of Redstone 5 (build 17763.1).

Convert ESD to ISO
Download ESD Decrypter. This is a command-line tool that will help you with the conversion.
Decompress the file to an empty folder on the desktop, and add the ESD you downloaded from the above Links to the same folder.
Right-click on decrypt.cmd and Run as Administrator.
The ESD Decrypter Script script will run. Type 2 for the Create full ISO with Compressed install.esd option and press Enter to start the conversion process.
