Microsoft has released another cumulative update (KB4487029) for Windows 10 version 1803, also known as the April 2018 Update.
This update increases the build number of the operating system to 17134.619 and brings a lot of improvements, which are supposed to resolve bugs in the operating system.
There are no security fixes in this update, as security updates are only available on the monthly Patch Tuesday updates, which this month, Microsoft released on February 12.

Additionally, there are several improvements for administrators, and one of them improves device compatibility with updates.
Microsoft explains in the changelog:
Addresses an issue with evaluating the compatibility status of the Windows ecosystem to ensure app and device compatibility for all Windows updates.
At the moment we don't know if everything goes as Microsoft wants with this update, or if by this afternoon users will start complaining about their systems being broken.
Let's hope that the KB4487029 update will not present any problems.
Today's release also features cumulative updates for older versions of Windows 10, but there are no improvements for the October 2018 Update, which is the latest and most buggy version of the operating system.
Most likely, Microsoft first wants to evaluate the performance of a new cumulative update with the help of internal factors before making it available to all users.
