Additionally, IT administrators now have the ability to give Microsoft Teams users access to specific tools related to their work. Additionally, users can drag and drop their most frequently used or important work modules from their drive tray to the navigation bar.
Microsoft is also working on creating new APIs that will allow a company's workforce management system to be integrated with Microsoft Teams. The new APIs aim to create a seamless management platform where employees and managers can easily access tasks like tracking, scheduling, shift scheduling, and pay information, among other things.
