Instagram users (Android, iOS) would do a lot to increase their follower count. They would follow and unfollow other users' accounts, post more Stories, comment on posts by more popular users, and invest in a more expensive camera to take more impressive photos.
Another way to attract more followers is to post posts or Stories filled with the most popular hashtags. A hashtag in a post helps other users who are searching for posts around a specific word find your post more easily. Therefore, the more users see your posts, the more likely you are to get more likes and also gain more followers.
You can add a lot of hashtags to your posts. And finding the most popular ones to add to your posts is definitely a time-consuming process. But now, with the Leetags app (for Android and iOS), which finds the most popular relevant hashtags to add to your posts, the process becomes much easier and faster.
For first-time users, there’s a great guide on the homepage (or Search page) that walks you through getting started by typing a few words into the search box to find relevant hashtags. Then, when the suggested hashtags appear in order of popularity, you’re given the option to tap the Copy button. After that, you simply paste the hashtags into your Instagram posts.
There are usually 45 keywords to choose from, only 30 can be copied, as that's the maximum number you can use for a single Instagram post. The other 15, however, could be useful if some of the top 30 don't work for you and you want to replace them.
If you want to use fewer hashtags, you can change how many you choose and how many dots are placed above the hashtags when they are copied. This bonus saves you the extra step of adding dot lines to your posts.
But what if you only want to post photos of things that are trending? If you prefer to go that route, then select the Categories tab to reveal which hashtags are currently trending. You'll find everything from words that are getting more attention in general, to the most popular around topics like physical and mental activities, animals, nature, seasons, moods, family, drinks, transportation, music genres, and musical instruments.
However, the best thing about Leetags is that even if you're not on Instagram, you can still find a use for it, as other apps like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat all integrate hash-tagging functionality.
