Microsoft users are in for a treat this week as the Windows 10 Spring Creators Update is finally rolling out. But at the same time, new cumulative updates for Windows 10 are also making their debut.
Spring Creators Update
Initially, the new Spring Creators Update - starting today - will be gradually on computers, with the aim of improving the performance and reliability of systems that receive the upgrade.
In other words, unfortunately, not everyone will get the new update from today. Of course, those of you who don’t want to wait can manually download the new updates. However, if problems arise during the installation of the update, you will need to fix them yourself, at least until Microsoft releases a patch.
Cumulative updates
Additionally, in addition to the Spring Creators Update, Microsoft is releasing new cumulative updates for existing versions of Windows 10 as part of Patch Tuesday. The new updates are quite critical as they include security fixes and improvements to the operating system.
However, we would like to remind you that the installation of cumulative updates has proven to be quite troublesome in the past as it caused many issues in the software's operation.
What remains is to see how smooth the installation of the new updates will be this time. Without a doubt, however, Microsoft still has a lot to do before it perfects its new releases.
The coming days will show how effective the new updates and how satisfied users will be with Microsoft's efforts to improve its systems.
