The Galaxy Book comes at a fairly affordable price..

Samsung brand joins the family of 2-in-1 Windows 10 devices with the Galaxy Booknew product that was unveiled earlier this year and is expected to hit the market as soon as possible.  Galaxy Book

The company today revealed pricing information for the Galaxy Book, with the most affordable model costing just $629.99 at select retailers in the United States.

Specifically, the Galaxy Book with a 12-inch display and LTE support will initially be released on Verizon for $1,299 while the Wi-Fi version will be priced at $1,129.

Those looking for a more affordable model can opt for the 10.6-inch Galaxy Book, which will be available from Samsung and select retailers for pre-order starting April 21st for $629.99. The Galaxy Book will be available starting May 21st, so select retailers are offering a month of exclusivity for the new Samsung 2-in-1.

Samsung says the new Galaxy Book will be available in the United States initially, with Best Buy being the only retailer to carry the black version. It will also be available in two different versions: a 10.6-inch TFT display and a 12-inch Super AMOLED display.

The smaller model will be powered by a dual-core Intel Core m3 processor clocked at 2.6 GHz, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. The larger model will be equipped with an Intel Core i5 7200 U dual-core processor clocked at 3.1 GHz, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage in the LTE version, while the Wi-Fi configuration offers 4GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage or 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage.
