As the internet is flooded with April Fools' Day jokes, Google couldn't help but post a bunch of pranks. Most of them are really fun, and they're worth your attention.

So let's see what Google so far to honor April 1st.
Pac-Maps

And suddenly Google Maps lets you play Pac-Man with the streets of your neighborhood in the background. This joke isn't exactly new, as the company had already released it back in 2015, but it may have repeated it because it was so popular when it first appeared.
We, however, played Pac-Man in the streets around Omonia Square, hence the relevant photo.

Google Gnome
Dieter Bohn tweeted a pun that turned into an April Fool's Day prank. It's a smart nano-gadget that can tell you the direction of the wind, turn on the tap, and inform your child about all the living things decomposing in your garden.
New must-have Chromebook accessories

Google decided on April 1st to announce a new line of Chromebook accessories. Now the Chromebook can become a fitness tracker thanks to a special armband, or a VR device with a special headset. And of course, the selfie stick can't be missing.
Google Cloud to Build a Data Center on Mars

Google “has plans” to open a data center on the surface of the Red Planet next year. You have the option to store your data exclusively on Mars where it will be out of the prying eyes of the NSA.
“Even if Earth were to suffer a hit from an asteroid like the one that wiped out the dinosaurs, your cat videos, selfies, and other valuable data would still be safe. Of course, all public scientific data, history, and art will be stored for free, so that the next global catastrophe doesn’t send humanity back into the dark ages.”
Google Wind
To keep clouds and rain away from Western Europe, the local team in the Netherlands has introduced Google Wind, a series of mechanical smart windmills that can blow away clouds or bring rain only where it's needed. In the past, many of Google Cloud's April Fool's jokes have been cloud-themed.
Google Bubble Wrap Typing
The Google Japan team that gave us Googlekazoo in 2015, this year invented a new form of typing. It is Double Wrap , a machine that writes on plastic bubble wrap (or Puchi Puchi, in Japanese). The machine allows you to create, inflate some bubbles to form words and sentences and then the recipient can read the message with a corresponding bubble reader. Some even have the scent of the air where the bubbles were created, so that they can smell the sea breeze like from Hawaii, etc.
Google Games for Pets
Google introduces Google Play for Pets. You can find apps, games, and educational tools for your dog, cat, chicken, turtle, and any pet that's bored and needs to be entertained.
Haptic Helpers
Haptic Helpers is a team that comes to your home to enhance your virtual reality by simulating smells, tastes, and physical sensations that will accompany the audio and visual stimuli of virtual reality. Because what VR really needs to take off is someone to bring a spicy cheese to your face when you virtually visit Paris.
Google Translate now understands the alien language from the movie Arrival

Heptapod B is the latest language supported by Google Translate via a camera. You can instantly translate text captured with your phone's camera into this language.
These are Google's lies so far. It's possible that by the end of the day it will come up with more. In any case, we at SecNews wish you a beautiful April Fool's Day Saturday night.
