Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ specs confirmed!

Samsung allknow by now, is planning to announce its newest flagship in a few days. While we now know almost everything about the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, AnTuTu has come to confirm the specs of the new smartphones. Galaxy S8+

AnTuTu released screenshots of the two phones running benchmark tests. The Galaxy S8, with the code name SM-G950F, runs on Exynos 8895 while with the code name G950U, runs on Snapdragon 835.

The Galaxy S8+, with the code name SM-G955F, runs on a Samsung processor while with the code name 955U on a Qualcomm Snapdragon.

Now then, since we have clarified the code names of the devices, we would like to inform you that the AnTuTu publication has also confirmed the rumors regarding their specifications.

Both smartphones have a secondary 8MP camera while the main one has an f/1.7 aperture, dual-pixel autofocus, OIS and 4K video recording.

The screen resolution will be either 1080×1920 or 1080×2220 pixels. It is expected that they will have Full HD with dimensions 18:5:9, similar to the LG G6.

No surprise regarding the RAM memory capacity and internal storage, as both phones will have 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage with expandable microSD card. They will run Android 7.0 Nougat and will offer Samsung's virtual assistant, Bixby.

Powered by the  Snapdragon 835 and Exynos 8895, the Galaxy S8 is certainly a powerful smartphone. It should be noted that the phone recorded impressively high results in several benchmark tests.
