Opera 45 developer just received another major upgrade, as the company moves forward with the Reborn overhaul, while also working on some other improvements as well.
The latest version of Opera 45 comes with a menu button that makes it possible to log out of messengers in the sidebar without having to go to the official website. This means that if you want to log out of Facebook Messenger, you don't have to do it from Facebook, all you need to do is click on this button and then tap the log out option.
Additionally, there's a new bookmark pop-up that incorporates a button called "Finished," which Opera says should make it a little clearer when you add new websites to your favorites.
The ad blocker is also expected to get some improvements with this update, with this Opera version introducing the option that allows users to choose which blocked lists are loaded.
"Opera automatically loads a page when toggling ad blocking or disables the specific website. This is especially useful if you want to quickly flip the switch and gives you much more control and convenience when browsing with an ad blocker," the development team states.
There are some other smaller improvements, such as support for more advanced CSS options, but also some known issues such as new settings not being applied immediately, but only after restarting the browser.
In terms of performance, Opera has managed to fix H.264 video on Windows 8, while for security there are now new warnings that appear when in-page forms do not use HTTPS when requesting credentials.
