Every website owner looking for ways to increase their traffic is almost obligated to monitor Google Analytics and other website data analysis applications. If you belong to this category, in this article you will find the four best such applications that run on Android.

In this list our first three suggestions are simple apps and the fourth is a widget, but they are all very useful, depending on your needs and what you are looking for.
1. Google Analytics

Google offers one of its best apps, Google Analytics , for Android. It is the most widely used app by most users, has constant updates, and is written directly by the makers of Google Analytics.
What makes the app stand out is that Google provides very good support for the app and that it includes an Assistant that will help you set up and measure important information from across the spectrum of statistics. This is especially useful for new users who are just getting into the world of Analytics.
2. DATAbox

DATAbox DATAbox is a platform built to track all your performance metrics in one place and integrates with a huge number of applications: Google and Adobe Analytics, Google AdSense and AdWords, HubSpot, PayPal, Stripe, Facebook, Zendesk, etc.
It's a truly powerful, flexible solution for viewing various analytics applications on the go and it's worth giving DATAbox a chance.
What brings DATAbox to second place is: its great developer support, the integration of multiple third-party applications, and the fact that it allows you to choose which datasets you want to prioritize and customize the Alerts you receive regarding changes to your data.
3. gAnalytics
gAnalytics is one of the older Google Analytics apps for Android. While you'll have to pay at least $2 to get the most out of the app, gAnalytics is a pretty solid, reliable option, especially if you like its interface .
While the app has great support, it doesn't seem to offer any special features that aren't offered by the other apps on this list. The interface is also remarkably similar to Google's. Of course, it's still a solid option if you don't want to use Google's app or sign up for DATAbox for whatever reason.
4. Simple Analytics Widget

Simple Analytics Widget is probably the oldest widget on this list. A look at its Play Store page will tell you when it was last updated, but luckily the widget is still working today. The app puts your Analytics data right on your home screen! If you don’t want to open and navigate to one of the above apps every time you want to check your Google Analytics, then Simple Analytics Widget is a great solution for getting vital information at a glance.
Why is the list so short?

Unfortunately, there are very few Google Analytics apps for Android that are reliable or still supported. Some premium options haven't been updated since 2012, while some interesting new ones that have appeared, like Deep, have very few downloads and reviews, and we're not sure they'll give you the Google insights without annoying ads.
An old popular option called mAnalytics was also a candidate, but it hasn't been updated since September 2013 and at the time of writing is no longer working properly.
So they're not just the best options. They might be the only reliable ones.
