Microsoft has released another build of Windows 10 Insider Preview. The new Windows 10 build 14951 is available for Insiders enrolled in the Fast Ring. This version comes with a number of interesting new features.
The new build brings more improvements to PC touchpads. Microsoft has also added a keyboard shortcut selector, which lets you record your favorite keyboard shortcuts. The update also brings a new change to the volume controls that support gestures, as well as a new reset button.
Windows Ink has been updated and there's a new feature called Stencils, which is essentially a tool that combines the functions of a ruler and a compass, according to the company.

Create the ISO:
Download the ESD of the new Windows 10
Then download ESD Decrypter from the link below:

Extract ESD Decrypter to any folder and place the ESD file inside the same folder.
Now right click on the decrypt.cmd file and run it as administrator. 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to begin creating the ISO.
Sit back and wait until the process is finished.
