We all know Microsoft's Surface Book and the excellent features it provides. The manufacturer advertises it, not unfairly, as the ultimate laptop, but its price may be prohibitive for many, since it ranges from 1,500.00 to 3,200.00 US dollars, depending on the model.
The Chinese, however, have a solution for this: a Surface Book clone that looks exactly like Microsoft's own product and offers similar features, including the signature hinge.
The Chinese company Onda created the oBook, which is available in various formats.
The top model of the series comes with a 12” full HD display and features 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, powered by an Intel Atom X7-8700 processor.
According to website TechTablets, Onda has even created a keyboard that can be removed from the screen.
These devices are clones of the Surface Book since they feature USB 3.0 ports, stylus support, and a signature hinge.
There's no word yet on how much you'll have to pay for this Surface Book clone, but it'll likely be much more affordable than Microsoft's original model.
