Yesterday, Adobe, as previously announced, released Animate CC, which is essentially a rebranding of Flash Professional. It's a move to emphasize that this is an animation application aimed at animators, designers, and programmers.
The company, in its corresponding announcement, highlights new features in Animate CC, such as Creative Cloud library support, Adobe Stock integration, and expanded Typekit and SVG support. You can see a full list of new features here.
Of course, Flash Player is not doing well these days, and one version follows another. However, despite the general outcry against Flash files, Adobe seems to be undeterred and continues its unwavering commercial policy on this issue.
