What is Microsoft HoloLens? It's the first untethered holographic computer that runs on Windows 10!
The company refreshed the website of the new product and with an impressive video shows us what the new computer can do.
The computer is basically nothing like what you knew until now. It looks like it came out of a science fiction movie. With Microsoft HoloLens, no more screens, keyboards, and mice. The future is here!
With a set of 3D glasses, holograms will be projected in front of you. The “glasses” have a 120-degree camera on each lens, therefore they have a wider field than what the Kinect uses. The sensors have a CPU, a graphics chip and an HPU from the Holographic Processing Unit to produce holograms.
