Starting today, you can use Google+ polls to address the burning issues that concern you… or at least find out what your friends think about burning issues,” the company said in a statement
Google says that polls will make it easier to get opinions from your friends and followers on things that matter to you. Polls are now an additional option you have when you want to post a message. Look for the new feature where it says “text,” “photos,” “links,” “video,” and “events.”.
However, these new polls have a limit on the number of choices, meaning there is a minimum of five choices. However, you can use photos to make your poll more beautiful and interesting.
The whole process is extremely simple and the results are at least visually appealing. The voting process is extremely easy and only requires you to click on the line containing the option you want to vote for. Once a few votes have been collected then the percentages are automatically calculated and a colored line will light up accordingly.
You can decide who to share the poll with, just like you would with any other article – with the public, with your friends, groups, those who follow you, and so on.
"The polls will be available over the coming days for Android devices, and will be coming to iOS soon," Google says.
