AOC introduces IPS monitors with ONKYO speakers and MHL and Miracast connectivity
Amsterdam, April 14, 2014 – AOC announces a new series of 23.8″ (60.4 cm) IPS monitors with powerful ONKYO speakers for an impressive entertainment experience. The two models i 2473 Pwm and i 2473 Pwy with a stylish Razor Concept design , feature two 7watt ONKYO speakers integrated into the base that deliver amazing sound for games and movies. In addition to excellent image quality, the Full HD models feature MHL connectivity and wireless Miracast™.

Excellent images and branded sound
AOC introduces the new members of the 73 Series with high-quality 23.8” (60.4 cm) IPS panels. Offering Full HD resolution, 250 cd / m² brightness and a pixel response time of 5 ms ( GTG ), the LED - backlit monitors impress with exceptionally vivid colors and ultra-wide viewing angles of 178° both vertically and horizontally. The excellent image quality is combined with high-quality sound, as the monitors are equipped with a set of powerful ONKY 7 watt high-quality speakers. Therefore, an external sound installation is no longer necessary.
MHL and Miracast
Both displays feature D - Sub , HDMI and MHL connectivity . Mobile High - Definition Link allows compatible Android devices to be directly connected to the display, mirroring content on a large 60.4 cm IPS screen. By connecting to the display, the mobile device is also charged at the same time.
Thanks to the new Miracast, the i2473Pwy wirelessly mirrors content from mobile devices. Users can now enjoy Full HD videos and music, or browse the internet via smartphones and tablets. Sharing content with friends and family has never been easier.
Both models feature energy-efficient LED backlighting and meet strict sustainability certifications such as TCO 6.0 or Energy Star 6.0. AOC offers its monitors with a 3-year warranty as well as an on-site replacement service.
The new 73 Series models are now available. The suggested retail price is €219 for the 2473Pwm and €269 for the i2473Pwy model with Miracast.
