Access to a quality camera is within reach of almost everyone these days thanks to smartphones! Your smartphone may not be a $5,000 Nikon or a rare Hasselblad from Sweden, but that doesn't mean you can't take amazing photos

You can see Apple's campaign, "Shot on an iPhone" which consists of user photos to understand!
Taking the perfect photo with a smartphone isn't always easy, though! So let's look at some tips to help you succeed:
Explore!
Taking a truly great photo, whether with a camera or smartphone, starts with the subject. Whether you're photographing a peaceful landscape or a busy street, you need to find the perfect spot for your photos. Get outside often and look for interesting spots to photograph. You can take notes of places or special lighting at certain times of the day or when places are crowded and when they're not.
It's all in the details!
The average smartphone camera isn't exactly professional quality, but it excels at some things. One of the things it does best is take really nice close-ups, and small objects are often rendered in vivid detail. When taking a photo, try to get close to your subject and change your perspective. Don't be afraid to get close and capture the small details!
Upgrade your camera!
All smartphones have a basic camera app, but sometimes people want better quality photos and this app isn't enough. You can download a camera app that has more manual control, like CameraAwesome and Camera+. Many apps have an online guide that you can read to learn all of their features.
Stay active!
To really take a good photo you need to know how your camera works and you need to practice! Take as many photos of anything as you can and experiment! You can also often participate in photography competitions.
Use Image Editors
Instead of using the filters that everyone else is using, download a quality image editing app that gives you more manual control. Make the changes manually instead of just applying a pre-made filter. Two great apps are SnapSeed and Photoshop Express.
