Gmail celebrated its tenth birthday yesterday , and it has evolved considerably over the years, however, its users are asking for more features, as well as some changes.

GMail may have wanted to introduce a new way of using email without the need for desktop applications, but many people use Outlook , which really doesn't play well with GMail.
Users are asking for better categorization and the ability to change the position of emails with drag n drop, but let's not forget that we haven't seen this anywhere else..
Google Drive, Calendar, Tasks and more are some of the Google services that have been integrated into GMail. It's good that the company's applications work together, but Google could enable a more "clean" and minimalist environment.
