Criminal prosecution against the administrators of the website on which indecent abusive comments in memory of Vangelis Giakoumakis were posted was initiated by the Athens First Instance Prosecutor's Office.
They are now charged with public incitement to violence and hatred via the internet jointly and ’ continuation.
The case file was sent to the Cybercrime Unit with the order to locate the perpetrators as soon as possible so that they may be summoned to account for their unacceptable act.
