According to CNN Money, the company's staffing levels increased by 44% in the 12 months ending September 30, according to the company, while the ever-growing number of employees has reached 8,348 positions already as of that date. At the end of the year, the social network's employment levels are not yet available. Many of the jobs on the company's website are for advertising sales, human resources, aerospace engineering technicians, engineers, flight test managers and more. "We are an ambitious company, run by ambitious managers," said Facebook executive Sheryl Sandberg.
