Jihadists classified information about China and North Korea
The Twitter account of the US Central Command (USCENTCOM) has been attacked by hackers who appear to be affiliated with the Islamic State.
USCENTCOM confirmed that its Twitter account had been hacked, adding that it had suspended its Twitter account, as well as its YouTube account and channel.
"In the name of Allah," the "Cyber Caliphate" continues its "Internet jihad," the individuals who took over the account said in their message.
A list of generals and their personal addresses, data on Chinese military positions, and information on North Korean military installations were published from this account.
The account takeover by the jihadists occurred while US President Barack Obama was preparing to present his proposals for protecting critical American infrastructure on the Internet from threats.
